About the role
You will own the end to end strategy and execution of content marketing programs that support our enterprise cloud software platform for life sciences. You will craft and deliver thought leadership, product narratives, and customer stories that align with business objectives and the values of our public benefit corporation. You will partner with global marketing, sales, and strategy teams to ensure every piece of content serves a clear business outcome. You will translate complex industry topics into clear, compelling, and actionable content for diverse audiences. You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality and brand integrity. You will use data and feedback to continuously refine content performance and messaging. You will mentor and influence partners on best practices for content creation and engagement. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, and conversion across the customer journey.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and own the content strategy for a major product line, defining themes, pillars, and cadence that drive awareness and demand.
Create in depth narratives that explain our cloud platform capabilities, translating technical product features into business benefits for life sciences customers.
Lead the creation of customer case studies, testimonials, and reference programs that showcase real world outcomes and support sales conversations.
Write executive facing content such as articles, white papers, and briefing notes that establish our brand as a thought leader in life sciences cloud transformation.
Collaborate with sales teams to build battle tested content, including pitch tools, playbooks, and demo scripts that accelerate deal progression.
Partner with design and product teams to repurpose core content into multiple formats such as emails, landing pages, presentations, and social assets.
Analyze content performance using metrics and insights, and iterate based on engagement data, sales feedback, and customer responses.
Coordinate with global marketing and events teams to ensure content readiness for campaigns, webinars, and conferences.
Champion content governance and best practices, including naming conventions, version control, and accessibility standards.
Support the creation of internal resources that help our workforce understand and communicate our mission, values, and product vision.
Define and maintain editorial calendars for your content streams, balancing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder needs.
Identify gaps in existing content and propose new topics, formats, and experiments that respond to market opportunities and customer questions.
Work closely with legal and compliance partners to ensure all content meets regulatory standards and company policies.
Mentor junior marketers and contributors, providing guidance on writing, storytelling, and content strategy aligned with enterprise standards.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
You must have at least five years of progressive experience in content marketing, corporate marketing, or a related field.
You must have a proven track record of creating high quality content for enterprise software or technology audiences.
You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with ambiguous priorities and shifting deadlines.
You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse readers.
You must be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously.
You must be comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams including sales, product, design, and legal.
You must be willing to work in the United States of America and comply with our employment eligibility requirements.
Nice to have
Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related regulated industries.
Experience with SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software marketing.
Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of design principles and basic tools for creating visual content.
Experience with public benefit corporations and mission driven business models.

This role is based in Massachusetts, with a primary work location in Boston.
As a Work Anywhere company, we support flexibility in where you work, whether fully remote or primarily in our Boston office.
This is an at will, full time position.
