What you'll do
The Value Engineering Analyst is responsible for owning the end-to-end value narrative for Disco, ensuring that financial modeling, enablement, and analytics align to support enterprise sales efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Model Ownership: Builds, maintains, and refines Disco's suite of financial modeling tools, pricing calculators, and business case templates. These models must be flexible, logical, and capable of supporting complex legal environments and pricing strategies.
- Enablement and Training Delivery: Works closely with Sales Enablement to design and deliver training that helps SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers self-serve baseline value assessments. This includes creating enablement content that empowers commercial teams to conduct accurate and independent value analysis.
- Strategic Deal Support: Collaborates with senior Value Engineers to perform in-depth data analysis, run operational diagnostics, and package clean, executive deliverables for Disco's largest enterprise pursuits. This ensures that value propositions are backed by rigorous data.
- Impact Analytics: Owns data tracking and analytics for the Value Engineering office, demonstrating the direct impact of the team on Disco's win rates, deal velocity, and deal sizes. This includes monitoring tool adoption and usage patterns to ensure maximum utilization.
- Tool Refinement and Process Governance: Evaluates how tools are adopted and used in daily workflows to identify areas for process improvement and optimization. Requirements
