About the role
You will serve as an organizational connector and accelerator across Disco's enterprise, directly championing and operationalizing the company's Go-to-Market Strategic Initiatives. In this capacity, you will turn high-level corporate strategies into measurable, revenue-generating reality by partnering with cross-functional business owners on complex, high-visibility transformations. You will deliver essential program materials - including comprehensive Project Charters, Change Management roadmaps, and detailed future-state process designs - that empower business teams to scale efficiently. Acting as a trusted operational advisor, you will equip executive sponsors with clear risk mitigations and business-impact metrics to guide critical decision-making. This role requires navigating ambiguity to bring order to evolving initiatives while securing long-term vision alignment. You will facilitate executive decision-making processes that drive adoption and ensure successful implementation. Your work will translate strategy into execution, enabling the business to operate effectively at scale.

What you'll do
- Drive Project & Program Management Strategy by managing the end-to-end approach, process, and lifecycle for complex, transformational initiatives while aligning workstreams and resolving cross-functional dependencies.
- Lead End-to-End Project Execution by owning project scope, timelines, schedules, and budgets from discovery through design, build, roll-out, and official close to achieve critical business outcomes and intended ROI.
- Develop Change Management Strategies by creating comprehensive plans that include Impact Analyses, Stakeholder Analyses, Communication Plans, and Training Plans to drive organizational readiness.
- Re-Engineer and Map Business Processes by defining current-state (As-Is) and designing optimized future-state (To-Be) processes to identify gaps, remove inefficiencies, and gather technical business requirements.
- Develop and Track Performance Metrics by building, tracking, and monitoring project-specific KPIs to measure business performance, execution health, and long-term value creation.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration by building trusted partnerships with Executive Stakeholders and leadership teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to streamline communication and lead decision-making.
- Orchestrate high-visibility transformation programs by coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Translate strategic corporate objectives into actionable program plans that enable measurable revenue impact and operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors by presenting clear risk mitigations, business-impact metrics, and decision frameworks.
- Guide senior leadership through critical choices by structuring complex information to accelerate consensus and commitment.
- Enable business teams to scale efficiently by delivering structured program materials and future-state process designs.
- Maintain accountability for program timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure successful execution of transformational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of dedicated experience managing complex, cross-functional business programs and projects.
- Possess hands-on experience in process management and designing change management strategies tied to project rollouts.
- Demonstrate clear, concise verbal and written communication skills for partnering with and advising senior executive stakeholders.
- Be highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
- Show strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to uncovering root causes.
- Exhibit ability to analyze complex information and design scalable solutions that drive business value.
- Have proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced setting.
- Display strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across diverse teams and leadership levels.
Nice to have
- Hold Lean or Continuous Improvement (CI) certification.
- Possess Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Have direct specialized knowledge or previous experience supporting GTM functions.
- Demonstrate advanced presentation-building capabilities using Google Slides.
- Show mastery in structuring complex executive choices to drive swift consensus.

- This role is based in Austin, TX.
- Travel may be required within the Austin region and to client locations as needed.
