Mission and Scope

Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022 to empower partners with their own delivery channels, leveraging a proven logistics network. As an AI & Technical Project Manager, you serve as the critical link between business partners and technical teams. Your primary mission is to guarantee a seamless onboarding, integration, and resolution experience. also, you will architect the AI roadmap for the On-Demand vertical. This involves identifying inefficient manual processes and replacing them with automated, scalable solutions powered by data and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities and Daily Impact

Your work will center on optimizing the entire partner lifecycle. You will own the design and management of intake workflows, ensuring partner details are captured with precision and speed. A core function involves creating integration blueprints that connect disparate systems smoothly, adhering to strict timelines and quality standards. You will be the root cause analyst for recurring partner issues, architecting structural safeguards that prevent problems before they occur. This includes producing clear technical documentation that demystifies processes for both internal teams and external partners.

You will coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure feedback is communicated effectively before any code progresses to production. Your role will involve shipping improvements and rigorously monitoring their performance to ensure they meet audit standards and keep partners moving confidently. You will actively roll out new features, observing real-world usage and iterating based on concrete signals and data. A significant portion of your effort will be dedicated to championing and implementing AI tools. These tools will automate repetitive manual steps across operations and integrations, freeing the team to focus on high-value strategy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Success in this position requires a specific blend of technical acumen and operational discipline. You must bring more than three years of experience in data, technical operations, or business operations roles. In these positions, you have honed the ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive execution to completion. Proficiency with SQL is non-negotiable; you must be able to query, analyze, and troubleshoot data independently to validate outcomes. You are expected to use AI tools routinely to automate recurring tasks, moving beyond one-off experiments to embed automation into daily workflows. Clear communication in English, both in writing and during verbal discussions, is essential for aligning diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Background

While not mandatory, certain experiences will significantly accelerate your impact. You have previously led cross-functional projects from initial discovery through successful launch, managing the entire lifecycle independently. Experience working within a food tech environment or similar fast-paced digital platforms is considered a strong advantage.
