You will coordinate daily collaboration with food partners and turn insights into action in the Spanish regions. Your work will focus on preparing analysis, conducting partner outreach, and presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders. What you'll do
Building and maintaining Google Sheets files to structure partner data and operational metrics with consistent accuracy.
Running outreach campaigns via email, phone, and in-app messages to activate Ads and monitor performance against targets.
Compiling competitor and category intelligence to uncover promotional opportunities and retention options for partners.
Creating dashboards and files that organize information for business reviews and strategic recommendations.
Drafting presentations and materials for Ads, upsell, and operations discussions during internal and external reviews.
Producing reports that surface trends, risks, and opportunities to guide partner decisions in a timely manner.
Supporting internal documentation projects that streamline workflows and boost team efficiency across stakeholders.
Monitoring marketplace developments and industry news to keep partners informed about relevant shifts and emerging trends.
Translating complex data points into simple narratives that help non-technical partners understand performance clearly.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and expectations for regional initiatives.
Maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables by double checking outputs before sharing them with decision makers.
Taking initiative to identify small experiments that can improve partner outcomes and sharing findings with the team regularly.
Communicating progress and blockers clearly so that the team can adjust priorities and stay focused on key objectives.
Demonstrating ownership by following through on commitments and showing how your contributions support broader business goals.
Requirements
You must currently pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or similar fields.
You can only commit 6 months with full weekday availability from Monday to Friday at 40 hours per week.
You communicate professionally in Spanish and English with clarity and precision in both written and verbal contexts.
You handle data comfortably and use Excel or Google Sheets to interpret information and create basic models.
You notice details, think analytically, and maintain accuracy in every task without overlooking critical elements.
You approach new topics with curiosity and eagerness to learn about digital marketing and account management practices.
You collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment that values speed and clarity.
You are comfortable working independently and in a structured team setup where responsibilities are clearly defined.
Nice to have
Previous internship or project experience in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Marketing within a relevant industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools or campaign dashboards such as Salesforce or Looker Studio for managing insights.
Interest in food delivery, e-commerce, or retail media sectors and understanding how these models operate locally.
Practical notes
This is a six month internship with a commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The position is based in Madrid and requires local availability for in person collaboration when needed. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for success in this role. The start date must align with the agreed timeline and internship duration as outlined in the offer.
