Requirements
You know how to manage riders and leads while pushing performance and care in your zone.
You can own people tasks, safety (SAM), and return-to-work steps with steady calm and care.
You check rules and scores, run follow-ups, and handle choices or clashes when they appear.
You build the courier network through messages, events, and acts that bring people closer.
You fix rosters and shifts so riders cover needs using systems and clear plans.
You read charts and reports to guide moves that make the rider journey better.
You give riders the tools, lessons, and help they need to do work well and safe.
You join central teams and departments to aid plans that touch many offices at once.
You guard the workspace, safety steps, and daily admin of the rider home base.
You handle planning and rider paths in major cities using foodora e-vehicles every day.
You finished college in fields like Business, Economics, Engineering, HR, or other close topics.
You use Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with ease.
You speak English well, and knowing Swedish adds real strength to your chance.
You led people before, handled teams, or worked in operations, logistics, or planning.
You worked with checks, staff ties, or operational tracking, which helps the role a lot.
