Requirements
You must hold at least 8 years of marketing tenure, including 5 years in the industry and 3 years in strategy or campaign oversight.
You bring experience steering regional strategies across Asian markets, Europe, and Turkey, demonstrating influence without direct authority.
You possess a proven ability to analyze market dynamics and campaign performance metrics at scale.
You have the strategic capability to translate complex numbers into actionable business insights and decisions.
You are proficient in managing commercial teams and allocating budgets responsibly across multiple markets.
You have experience designing and sustaining campaign frameworks that generate consistent growth and engagement.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are non-negotiable for success in this role.
