As a Senior Product Manager at Danaid, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings. What you'll do
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer feedback and business impact.
- Facilitate regular product reviews and updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success metrics post-launch.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their pain points, translating these insights into actionable product features.
- Manage product budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Danaid at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure product positioning and messaging resonate with target audiences.
- Prepare and present product updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and experience working closely with design teams.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition channels.
- Experience in international markets or working with cross-cultural teams.
