What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our product features and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies that highlight product advantages and drive customer engagement.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they fully understand how to utilize our offerings to their advantage.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, relaying this information to the product development team.
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and training materials, to support both internal teams and customers.
• Participate in market research initiatives to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations that effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients.
• Monitor product performance metrics and report findings to management, helping to shape future product enhancements and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to ensure product features align with customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a product specialist or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track customer interactions and product performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in software or technology product management is a plus.
