Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting related to project expenditures.
