What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, while continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure all project requirements are met and stakeholders are informed.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members, clients, and external partners to facilitate project updates and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.
