What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships that align with Bamboohr's growth objectives.
• Analyze financial statements and performance metrics of potential partners and acquisition targets to assess their viability and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate due diligence processes and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting potential risks and rewards.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for corporate strategy adjustments.
• Lead negotiations with potential partners and acquisition targets, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Bamboohr.
• Create and maintain relationships with external advisors, including investment banks, consultants, and legal firms, to support corporate development initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on the status of ongoing projects, market developments, and strategic opportunities.
• Support the integration of acquired companies into Bamboohr's operations, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with corporate culture.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to help define Bamboohr's long-term vision and growth strategy.
• Assist in the development of financial models to project the impact of potential acquisitions on Bamboohr's financial performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and innovative approaches to corporate development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting, with a proven track record of successful deal execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proven negotiation skills, with experience in managing high-stakes discussions and closing deals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian market and regulatory environment is a plus.
