What you'll do
Sprint and backlog planning translate project goals into actionable website build timelines. Sprint and backlog planning coordinate development tasks and prioritize work for digital product delivery. Client collaboration with the Account Lead clarifies objectives and builds consensus on project success criteria. Client collaboration guided by the Account Lead ensures expectations align and decisions are facilitated throughout the engagement. Cross-functional leadership directs strategy, research, creative, development, and QA for website redesign and rebuild initiatives. Cross-functional leadership synchronizes multidisciplinary teams to achieve unified outcomes across digital channels. JIRA, Smartsheet, Keynote, and Figma track scope, status, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. JIRA, Smartsheet, Keynote, and Figma provide structured workflows and visual communication for project tracking. Project planning develops comprehensive plans with budgets that protect client interests and support strategic objectives. Risk management oversees project risks, manages changes, and monitors roadmap development and revenue forecasting. Progress reporting communicates status, scope, and deliverables to stakeholders at defined intervals. Progress reporting provides regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment. Quality delivery facilitates meetings and manages risks to ensure quality standards for all digital outputs. Requirements
Candidates hold a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement. Experience managing websites and digital platforms demonstrates familiarity with digital communication technologies. Experience leading website builds and redesigns includes at least some familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager. Experience spans seven or more years in digital project management supporting marketing and development. Experience covers seven or more years managing product launches, campaigns, platforms, and corporate initiatives. Experience includes four or more years developing marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners. Proficiency with office and project management tools includes Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, Figma, and Keynote. Skills encompass managing and controlling scope, schedule, budget, resources, and change management. Skills apply project management principles, including sprint methodology, change management, and revenue forecasting. Skills enable management of team conversations with clients about scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, objectives, and strategies.
Practical notes
