About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Science Senior Analyst to help design, build, and scale modern marketing analytics solutions that connect marketing investments to business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, measurement, and business intelligence, with a strong focus on developing robust data foundations, scalable reporting ecosystems, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing data solutions, from initial requirements gathering and data model design through implementation, validation, and ongoing optimization. You are equally comfortable building complex data pipelines, architecting reporting frameworks, developing executive-grade dashboards, and translating ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable insights. You will work hand-in-hand with Marketing Science, Media, Analytics, CRM, and Engineering teams to establish scalable solutions that empower enterprise B2B marketing measurement and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that integrate marketing, CRM, web analytics, partner data, and business outcome information to create a unified source of truth.
Develop and evolve unified data models that enable cross-channel measurement, standardize definitions, and support flexible, high-performance reporting.
Establish comprehensive data governance, detailed documentation, clear taxonomy standards, and robust metadata management processes to ensure consistency and trust.
Implement rigorous data quality controls, automated validation checks, and proactive anomaly detection mechanisms to monitor data health and integrity.
Support the development of scalable reporting datasets and semantic layers that are easily consumed by dashboarding, analytics, and visualization tools.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to continuously optimize data architecture, system performance, reliability, and scalability as data volumes grow.
Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions tailored for executive, operational, and campaign-level stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
Translate high-level business objectives into precise KPIs, coherent reporting frameworks, and measurement solutions that drive accountability and insight.
Construct scalable datasets, calculated metrics, and reusable reporting structures that reduce manual effort and accelerate analysis cycles.
Enable self-service analytics initiatives by building user-friendly reporting experiences and data access patterns that empower stakeholders to explore data confidently.
Deliver timely performance reporting, conduct deep campaign analysis, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic and tactical marketing decisions.
Support the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), campaign recaps, and compelling stakeholder presentations with clear narratives and data evidence.
Develop and maintain measurement frameworks that are rigorously aligned with overarching marketing and business objectives to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Define and manage core KPIs across demand creation, engagement, progression, conversion, and pipeline contribution to track performance and guide optimization.
Conduct analytical deep dives and exploratory analysis to uncover opportunities for optimization, growth, and improved marketing effectiveness across channels.
Partner with diverse stakeholders to ensure measurement approaches, data models, and analytics practices evolve in step with changing business priorities and market conditions.
Support advanced analytics initiatives including attribution modeling, forecasting, trend analysis, audience segmentation, and multi-touch marketing effectiveness studies.
Establish performance baselines, define benchmarking methodologies, and set standards that enable consistent evaluation over time and across programs.
Implement automated insight generation and performance monitoring processes that leverage AI and anomaly detection to highlight critical changes.
Enable conversational analytics experiences that allow stakeholders to interact with data through natural language and derive insights more efficiently.
Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and techniques that can improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and overall decision-making speed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
3-5 years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Marketing-focused analytical roles.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and databases to support complex analytical requirements.
Strong proficiency in data modeling and the ability to create scalable, flexible data structures that accommodate evolving business needs.
Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using modern analytics and visualization platforms.
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality principles, and the ability to establish documentation and taxonomy standards.
Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical approaches, define KPIs, and construct measurement frameworks from the ground up.
Experience with statistical analysis, trend analysis, and techniques for analyzing marketing performance and customer behavior.
Strong SQL and data manipulation skills to query, transform, and prepare data for analysis and reporting purposes.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, communicating complex analytical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality analytical work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
