You will own the end-to-end trafficking, QA, and campaign launch process across digital media channels from initial setup through final delivery. What you'll do
Orchestrate the end-to-end QA process, from campaign setup through launch and ongoing maintenance to ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to verify creative updates and manage timely rotations without service disruption.
Liaise with external partners to troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve them efficiently to meet service level expectations.
Validate that pixels and tags are firing properly on all campaign landing pages and within the correct user journey paths.
Own your deadlines and workflow, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
Maintain the quality and consistency of your deliverables through rigorous checks and process adherence.
Transform advertisements into their granular components to facilitate detailed reporting and performance analysis.
Transfer your knowledge of trafficking upstream to assist in the population of trafficking documents for seamless handoff to media teams.
Work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Govern all technical requirements according to established agency SOPs to ensure compliance and standardization.
Multi-task effectively across multiple campaigns and priorities while meeting strict deadlines and paying meticulous attention to detail.
Perform under stressful situations and tight deadlines without compromising the accuracy or integrity of campaign executions.
Apply excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills to manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements
You must possess foundational knowledge of GMP and Social platforms to understand the media landscape and campaign requirements.
You must have an understanding of dynamic Ad serving, including Dynamic Creative Optimization, to manage advanced campaign configurations.
You must have a basic understanding of how testing gets set up to support campaign validation and quality assurance.
You must demonstrate fundamental skills in standard and rich media Ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile, search, and other emerging channels.
You must have experience in how pixels and tags are set up in a tag manager using if/then logic to control campaign behavior.
You must be able to transform Ads into their granular components for reporting purposes to extract meaningful insights.
You must be able to transfer your knowledge of trafficking upstream to assist in the population of trafficking documents to pass off to media teams accurately.
You must be able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity in a self-directed work style.
You must govern all the above technical requirements according to an agency SOP to ensure processes are followed correctly.
You must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details at every stage of execution.
You must have the ability to work effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines without losing composure or quality.
