Implement and orchestrate multi-modal survey strategies, managing both online and phone methodologies to optimize reach and response quality.
Orchestrate complex survey logistics, including meticulous sample selection, rigorous data collection protocols, and stringent quality control measures.
Deploy statistical software to dissect survey data, identifying intricate trends, correlations, and patterns that reveal deeper market dynamics.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research, Integrated Marketing, Political Science, Public Policy, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field.
Possess proven experience conducting survey research, ideally within an agency or consulting environment serving healthcare clients.
Demonstrate a strong, sophisticated understanding of survey methodology, advanced sampling techniques, and best-in-class questionnaire design.
Showcase exceptional proficiency in statistical analysis software, including SPSS, R, Decipher, Tableau, or equivalent enterprise-grade platforms.
Bring a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive professional experience in market research or a closely related discipline.
Exhibit a documented history of managing complex research projects from initial design through final delivery in a high-pressure consulting setting.
Possess superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex analytical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
