About the role
You will own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technology-enabled revenue cycle transformation initiatives for leading healthcare organizations. In this role, you serve as both a strategic advisor and a delivery leader, guiding clients from initial vision through execution to measurable outcomes. You combine deep revenue cycle expertise with strong leadership skills and technical fluency, particularly within Epic environments. You translate complex strategy into clear, actionable plans that drive tangible financial and operational improvements. You architect scalable solutions that enhance financial performance and streamline operations across the care continuum. You influence executive and operational stakeholders, leading decision-making and issue resolution with confidence. You partner directly with client leadership to enable adoption and ensure the sustainability of transformation efforts over time.

What you'll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including Epic implementation and optimization for clients across the care spectrum.
Define solution strategy, scope, and roadmap that are precisely aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements.
Drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed.
Design workflows and technology solutions that improve financial performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure alignment between system configuration, business processes, and desired outcomes to eliminate gaps and redundancies.
Incorporate best practices across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle functions to create a cohesive operating model.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Lead decision-making, issue resolution, and governance structures to keep initiatives on track and within scope.
Partner with client leadership to enable adoption and sustain transformation through effective change management strategies.
Support the development and mentorship of multidisciplinary teams across both consulting and client organizations.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Drive the development of compelling business cases and value propositions that justify transformation investments.
Utilize data and revenue cycle analytics to identify opportunities, measure progress, and refine solutions over time.
Represent Chartis with professionalism and expertise, reinforcing the firm's reputation as a trusted healthcare advisor.
Contribute to the growth of the Solution Architecture practice by documenting approaches and sharing knowledge across teams.
Requirements
You bring 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives, including work with Epic, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
You possess deep expertise in at least one area of the revenue cycle, such as front-end, mid-cycle, or back-end operations and processes.
You have a proven track record of delivering large-scale system implementations, optimizations, and process transformations in healthcare settings.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, system integrations, and revenue cycle analytics to inform solution design.
You communicate exceptionally well, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide decisions at all organizational levels.
You show demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous and fast-paced situations.
You thrive in environments that are dynamic, evolving, and often constrained by regulatory and compliance considerations.
You hold an Epic certification in a relevant module, such as Cadence, Prelude, HB, PB, or Claims, which is highly preferred though not mandatory.
You are eligible to work in the country where this role is based without requiring sponsorship, and you meet all legal employment requirements as defined by local regulations.
Nice to have
Preferred experience working with healthcare providers, payers, technology innovators, retail companies, or investor organizations that are reshaping the healthcare landscape.
Familiarity with change management frameworks and methods for driving adoption across clinical and administrative functions.
Experience supporting client governance structures, including steering committees and executive sponsorship engagement.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance considerations, and payer-provider dynamics that affect revenue cycle performance.
An interest in contributing to thought leadership, practice development, and the growth of Chartis's reputation in revenue cycle transformation.
Practical notes
This role is full-time and remote, with travel expectations that vary by team and engagement. Colleagues are expected to travel when asked, and on average, 25%-50% client travel is required.
