What you'll do
- Coordinate arrival windows and transport tools to client residences for each scheduled appointment.
- Confirm project scope and material selections with clients to ensure expectations match available options.
- Install gutter systems and surface finishes while adjusting methods for weather and site conditions to protect property and ensure quality.
- Explain warranty details, contract terms, and payment schedules so clients understand coverage and responsibilities before signing any documents.
- Update digital records with job specifics, material costs, and scheduling notes to keep crews aligned and future visits efficient.
- Support teammates by sharing timing updates, routing details, and material status to maintain smooth project sequences.
- Maintain reliable personal transportation and required protective gear to ensure readiness for daily site visits.
- Build reference lists by completing projects on schedule and encouraging homeowner recommendations within their networks.
- Track seasonal activity from April through October, adapting routes and workflows to manage increased appointment demand.
- Perform exterior installations and interior finishes with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to translate technical procedures into understandable steps.
- Follow up with clients after installation to confirm satisfaction and address any follow-up needs.
- Use company tools and documentation to keep records accurate and consistent across all appointments.

- Adapt daily plans to handle urgent requests while maintaining overall schedule integrity.
Requirements
A valid driver license is mandatory, along with proof of a clean driving record for company vehicle use. Availability must align with the stated schedule, including extra hours and regular Saturday work during warmer months. The ability to safely lift and maneuver equipment is required. Comfort working on varied surfaces and in different weather conditions is necessary. Full-time engagement during the April to October period is essential. You must be comfortable using digital tools for record updates and scheduling. Reliable transportation is required for all client appointments and job sites.
Nice to have
Experience in sales, exterior home improvement, or consulting roles is valued. This experience should involve guiding clients through complex decisions.
Practical notes
The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additional overtime may be required as needed. The role includes two Saturdays per month during the period from April to October. Compensation is commission-based with earning potential between $50,000 and $80,000. There is no upper limit on earnings. Full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans. Company Paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Insurance are available up to a specified amount. Additional voluntary options include Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Plans. The position offers a 401K Plan with Company Match. Paid Time Off and Paid holidays are provided after 90 days of service, following company policy.
