Enterprise Sales Representative
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end growth of a book of large accounts, driving expansion, managing renewals, and championing industrial AI within customer operations. You will partner daily with Solutions Engineering to demo boldly and close deals with executives and operators who rely on industrial operations for mission critical work. This role is suited for a self driven individual who thrives in complex enterprise cycles and uses data to guide every decision and conversation. You will translate the intricacies of Squint's platform into clear value for stakeholders across the organization, from the boardroom to the factory floor. Your work will focus on building durable trust with economic buyers, technical evaluators, and frontline leaders who depend on reliable operations. You will lead compelling narratives that connect Squint's capabilities to downtime avoided, waste reduced, and productivity gained in demanding industrial settings. Selling in this environment requires comfort with long cycles, ambiguous stakeholders, and the persistence to move sophisticated organizations without losing momentum. You will act as the primary advocate for the customer inside Squint, ensuring their voice shapes product direction and go to market strategy over time.
