What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify leads using established methods to identify genuine homeowner needs in the roofing and masonry space.
- Perform detailed roof inspections and assessments, documenting conditions with precision to inform your solution recommendations.
- Conduct in-home consultations where you clearly explain findings, project scope, and the specific benefits of proposed repairs or replacements.
- Deliver compelling presentations that guide customers through complex decisions with simplicity, transparency, and confidence.
- Build long-term customer relationships by demonstrating consistent reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic on every visit.
- Manage your daily appointment schedule efficiently, optimizing travel time and ensuring readiness for each homeowner interaction.
- Utilize the company-provided tools and systems to document quotes, pricing, and project details with accuracy and professionalism.
- Proactively follow up with prospects and existing customers to answer questions, address concerns, and move opportunities toward closure.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and insurance requirements while representing the Bone Dry brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and support needed to fulfill project commitments.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous personal growth.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position in the state of Kentucky.
- Must possess a valid driver's license that is in good standing with no major violations.
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record as determined by company and insurance standards.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen before beginning employment.
- Must be physically capable of climbing ladders and working at heights safely and consistently.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required to handle equipment or materials on-site.
