About the role

You own the end-to-end execution of critical initiatives that directly shape our product direction and customer outcomes in the Latin American and global markets. You partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact. Your work will influence key decisions at the highest levels of the organization while maintaining a relentless focus on user value and operational excellence. You are accountable for the quality, scalability, and long-term success of the solutions you design and deliver. You proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle. You champion data-driven experimentation to validate hypotheses and continuously improve our products and processes. You serve as a subject matter expert and a go-to resource for your area of responsibility.

What you'll do

You architect and implement scalable solutions that enhance how users transact and interact with digital assets on our platform. You analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, validate hypotheses, and provide clear recommendations that guide product strategy. You collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You identify and mitigate operational risks while maintaining compliance with evolving regulatory standards. You streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks to improve efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction. You communicate progress, dependencies, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. You mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability. You evaluate emerging technologies and tools to determine their applicability to our roadmap and customer needs. You own the full lifecycle of assigned projects from initial discovery through deployment and post-launch evaluation.
