About the role
You will own the end to end sourcing lifecycle for our go to market teams across North America, partnering closely with hiring managers to translate aggressive revenue goals into actionable talent strategies. You will design and execute a multi channel sourcing playbook that targets both active and passive candidates in critical GTM roles, ensuring a diverse and high quality pipeline. You will leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing channels, measure source effectiveness, and continuously iterate on what works best for our unique positioning in the planning software market. You will build and maintain strong relationships with talent partners, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders to champion the Pigment employer brand and elevate our recruitment standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for sourcers and recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and tactical support to maximize team efficiency. You will proactively identify emerging talent pools and build networks that fuel future hiring initiatives, keeping our pipeline resilient and forward looking. You will own key sourcing metrics and collaborate with People Analytics to track quality of hire, time to fill, and retention impact of sourced candidates. You will stay fluent in the language and nuances of GTM roles, enabling you to challenge assumptions and push for creative sourcing solutions that keep us ahead of the competition.

What you'll do
Proactively search for and engage hard to find GTM talent using advanced Boolean techniques, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and niche professional communities.
Own the development and maintenance of a segmented candidate database, tagging and scoring profiles to support targeted outreach and long term talent mapping.
Champion Pigment's value proposition by creating tailored messaging that resonates with specific audiences, from individual contributors to senior sales and marketing leaders.
Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, identify signal indicators of success, and align on sourcing strategies that de risk critical hires.
Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to track competitor hiring trends, team growth, and talent positioning in the GTM landscape.
Manage and optimize multi channel sourcing workflows, balancing inbound response, direct outreach, and referral programs to maximize pipeline yield.
Collaborate with diversity and inclusion partners to implement sourcing practices that broaden our talent pools and reduce bias in candidate selection.
Provide mentorship and hands on support to junior sourcers, sharing playbooks, techniques, and best practices to lift the entire GTM sourcing function.
Analyze sourcing funnel metrics, run experiments, and report on channel effectiveness to focus efforts on the highest yielding sourcing activities.
Maintain strict data hygiene and documentation within our sourcing tools, ensuring that insights are actionable and auditable for future planning.
Identify and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through strategic networking, personalized outreach, and thoughtful nurturing campaigns.
Support high volume hiring bursts during peak growth phases, scaling sourcing efforts without compromising quality or employer brand standards.
Lead cross functional initiatives to streamline sourcing tools, templates, and processes, removing friction for recruiters and improving candidate response rates.
Act as a subject matter expert on GTM talent markets, advising leadership on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field that supports analytical and interpersonal work.
You have a minimum of five years of experience in technical or high growth SaaS sourcing, with at least two years focused on GTM roles such as sales, marketing, and customer success.
You demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing hard to find candidates and delivering high quality pipelines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
You are fluent in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and applicant tracking systems to execute complex searches.
You have experience collaborating with remote, cross functional teams and aligning with stakeholders across time zones and cultural contexts.
You show a strong understanding of employment law and compliance as it applies to recruiting and hiring practices in the United States.
You have a history of working with data and metrics, using insights to inform sourcing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
You communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
You are comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly and agility is essential.

Experience sourcing for highly regulated industries or roles that require strict confidentiality and discretion.
Background in FinTech, SaaS, or B2B technology recruiting, with a deep understanding of the planning and performance management landscape.
Familiarity with AI powered sourcing tools and automation techniques that enhance recruiter productivity.
Experience managing university career programs, internship pipelines, or early talent sourcing initiatives.
Practical notes
This role is full time, based in our Austin, Texas office, and requires availability during standard business hours in the Central Time Zone.
Limited travel may be required for team offsites, stakeholder meetings, or industry events, typically less than 10% of the time.

This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition for the GTM organization and works closely with People Operations, Finance, and Hiring Leaders to support scaling efforts.
You should expect frequent interactions with cross functional partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and diplomatic communication skills.
Because this role supports rapid growth, flexibility, and a bias for action are essential, and you should be prepared to take ownership of experimental sourcing channels and iterate based on real time feedback.
The role will evolve as we refine our go to market strategy, and we expect the incumbent to contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of our sourcing playbooks.
You will be expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times, representing Pigment in a positive manner to candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders.
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance, and candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Austin, Texas metropolitan area.
