Bitso is actively seeking an experienced operations professional to take ownership of the complete lifecycle management for stablecoin products deployed on our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the liquidity and operational integrity of our digital asset offerings around the clock. This role requires a proactive individual who will ensure that all stablecoin services remain functional, reliable, and aligned with our cross-border payment infrastructure objectives. You will own the coordination between technical, compliance, and treasury functions to maintain seamless asset availability. The hire will directly manage the resolution of complex operational workflows that impact user experience and regulatory adherence. This position involves constant analysis of on-chain movements to prevent disruptions and optimize capital efficiency. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stabilizing processes related to digital asset settlements and distribution. Ultimately, this role is critical to maintaining the trust and confidence of our user base through meticulous oversight of stablecoin mechanics.

What you'll do
- Continuously monitor stablecoin liquidity levels to guarantee immediate availability for high-volume user transactions and market volatility.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to coordinate the technical integration of new stablecoin assets and the optimization of existing ones.
- Supervise daily operational workflows associated with on-chain movements, ensuring timely and accurate settlement processes.
- Curate and maintain comprehensive documentation packages to support regulatory reporting requirements and internal compliance audits.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues that impede stablecoin deposits, withdrawals, or reconciliation in real time.
- Analyze historical transaction data to forecast liquidity needs and identify patterns that could affect asset availability.
- Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in stablecoin balances and transaction records.
- Implement procedural enhancements that streamline stablecoin operations and reduce manual intervention risks.
- Validate the accuracy of on-chain movements against internal records to ensure financial consistency and transparency.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures that align with evolving regulatory landscapes for digital assets.
Requirements
- Bring professional experience in operations, treasury, or a related financial role within the crypto or fintech industry to demonstrate practical competence.
- Show a deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics, including minting, burning, and peg maintenance across various blockchain networks.
- Exhibit the ability to manage complex operational workflows in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial environment without losing attention to detail.
- Prove strong analytical skills for monitoring liquidity metrics, transaction data, and on-chain activity to drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Have hands-on experience with blockchain explorers and on-chain monitoring tools to verify transactions and resolve issues.
- Display familiarity with treasury management systems and the controls necessary to safeguard digital assets.
- Be skilled in the use of data analysis software to interpret performance metrics and operational trends accurately.
