What you'll do
Plan and coordinate marketing events that attract new users and strengthen Bitso brand presence across México.
Develop growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and engagement within the Mexican market.
Collaborate with product and design teams to create event experiences that highlight Bitso platform features.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify which marketing activities generate the highest return on investment.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of all marketing activities.
Design promotional materials and messaging for events, social media, and digital channels targeting Mexican audiences.
Coordinate with local partners and sponsors to maximize event reach and community participation levels.
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of each marketing initiative.
Optimize event formats and growth tactics based on audience feedback and conversion data collected.
Support the broader marketing team with day-to-day operational tasks and special project deliveries.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform event planning and growth marketing decisions.
Lead post-event follow-up activities including attendee outreach, content distribution, and lead nurturing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required for this position.
Minimum of three years of experience in event marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing events in the Mexican market.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, and paid advertising platforms.
Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English are essential.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup or technology company environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of marketing projects and drive them to completion.
