Technical Talent Partner
Job description
Technical Talent Partner at Base Power.
About the role
You will own the full end-to-end recruiting process for software and embedded engineering roles at Base, acting as the primary technical partner to hiring managers. You will build and manage a diverse pipeline of strong engineers, including passive candidates, in highly competitive technical markets. You will go deep on the technical bar to understand the distinctions between firmware, embedded systems, and backend engineering so you can credibly screen candidates and speak with technical precision. You will partner directly with engineering leaders to scope roles, define interview loops, and calibrate what excellent performance looks like for each position. You will champion the candidate experience at every stage so that every individual, whether hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of Base. You will run on data by tracking pipeline health, time-to-fill, and stage conversion to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. You will move at Base pace, managing a high volume of open roles simultaneously while making sound, fast decisions that do not compromise quality.
