What you'll do
- Lead and manage the lubricant testing department, ensuring that all testing activities align with company objectives and industry standards.

Requirements
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in lubricant testing or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of lubricant formulations, testing methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software relevant to lubricant testing.
