About the role
You will own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for Addepar's global revenue engine. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for every paid and organic demand initiative that drives pipeline and brand equity. You will partner deeply with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and campaigns with market feedback. You will design and manage integrated programs that span digital, events, ABM, and field marketing. You will leverage data and experimentation to continuously optimize performance across all channels. You will act as the strategic architect of our multi-touch revenue campaigns from concept to scale. You will ensure all demand activities are tightly coordinated with the broader revenue goals of the firm.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the comprehensive demand generation strategy, execution, and measurement in direct support of company priorities, roadmap, and target audiences.
- Architect and scale sophisticated demand generation programs across paid media and digital, field and events, webinars, ABM, and email initiatives.
- Deploy a rigorous, data-driven methodology to identify, qualify, and target high-value leads while mapping and nurturing upsell opportunities throughout the funnel.
- Conceptualize, create, and implement multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns tailored to distinct segments, geographies, and personas at every stage of the client journey.
- Amplify Addepar brand recognition and perception across new and existing client segments, verticals, and global geographies.
- Spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of events and conferences, transforming these platforms into critical channels for engagement, lead generation, and brand building.
- Administer and optimize budget allocation across digital marketing and web channels, including paid search, social media, web display advertising, email, content marketing, SEO/AEO, and on-site experiences.
- Establish and refine robust KPI frameworks and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, uncover optimization opportunities, and drive iterative improvements.
- Recruit, build, lead, and mentor a high-caliber team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, accountability, and excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment of messaging, insights, and go-to-market execution.
- Champion experimentation and testing across channels, creative, and audiences to continuously elevate performance and ROI.
- Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with sophisticated investment professionals.
- Maintain strict governance over brand standards, compliance, and messaging across all demand initiatives.
- Forecast demand, track performance against targets, and present insights to executive stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Identify and prioritize new channels, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in demand generation.
Requirements
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship, such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar employment-based visas.
- You must be authorized to begin work in the United States on your first day of employment.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with preference given to candidates with advanced degrees.
- You bring a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related discipline.
- You have a proven track record of owning and scaling complex, multi-channel demand generation programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You demonstrate expertise in data analysis, marketing automation, and attribution modeling to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- You have managed budgets and P&L responsibility for significant marketing programs, showing fiscal discipline and impact.
- You have experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, providing mentorship and clear career pathways.
- You are highly fluent in marketing KPIs, funnel dynamics, and the nuances of selling to institutional investors and financial services professionals.

The position demands significant collaboration across global teams and stakeholders, necessitating comfort with cross-regional coordination.
