About the role
You own the strategic oversight of Addepar's Key & Strategic Client segment, diving deep into industry challenges and client goals to maximize platform value. You are the trusted advisor for Single Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, and large wealth management firms, guiding them through implementation, optimization, and renewal. You partner directly with Account Executives to drive quarterly business reviews and ensure seamless knowledge transfer across teams. You act as the primary voice of the client, feeding insights back to Product, Marketing, Support, and Services for continuous improvement. This role demands a high sense of urgency, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership to build and guide a high-performance team. You will diagnose business operations, prescribe tailored solutions, and ultimately ensure exceptional client happiness and long-term retention. What you'll do
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics of client business operations to uncover opportunities and prescribe appropriate Addepar solutions and Services.
- Provide strategic oversight across the entire client journey, from implementation through optimization, growth initiatives, and renewal readiness.
- Partner with your Account Executive to own and execute quarterly business reviews, aligning on priorities and reviewing product usage and adoption patterns.
- Act as the internal client advocate within Addepar, capturing feedback and channeling it to Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, and Services.
- Build and maintain high levels of client happiness and referenceability through trusted advisory and consistent follow-through.
- Ensure seamless handovers of knowledge and responsibilities across Addepar teams to maintain continuity and client momentum.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D to influence product direction based on real-world client usage and emerging needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Addepar platform to effectively guide sophisticated clients in maximizing value.
- Track and analyze product adoption and utilization metrics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Represent Addepar professionally in all client interactions, reinforcing the company's market-based approach and commitment to excellence.
- Support the creation of internal methodologies and playbooks for consistent client success practices.
- Work closely with Services and Renewals teams to ensure smooth transitions and continued value realization during renewals.
- Identify and escalate strategic opportunities to expand Addepar usage within existing client portfolios.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to keep client advice relevant and competitive.
Requirements
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship, such as H-1B or F-1/OPT.
- You must be authorized to begin work in the United States on your first day of employment.
- You possess a strong understanding of how investment professionals manage portfolios and the challenges they face.
- You have experience working with sophisticated financial data platforms and integrating multiple data sources.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear actions for diverse audiences.
- You bring a proven track record of building and maintaining high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders.
- You show a history of driving adoption and value realization in previous client-facing or advisory roles.
- You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguous problems and evolving priorities.
- You have strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members toward shared goals.
- You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results under tight deadlines.
