Lead pilot programs that test new formats, then package and scale successful models for global rollout.
Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure programs meet authorization rules and employment eligibility standards.
Requirements
You must hold current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for roles such as H-1B, F-1 OPT, or similar.
You bring three to five years of experience designing and managing early career programs in complex organizations.
You demonstrate fluency in handling data on participant outcomes, performance, and conversion to guide program decisions.
You communicate effectively with global partners, aligning strategy and execution across diverse cultures and time zones.
Nice to have
Experience in technology, investment, or financial services environments where data drives program decisions.

This individual contributor role directly impacts how emerging talent enters, grows, and thrives across our global organization. You will own and shape our global early careers experience - from designing structured internship and graduate programs to building university partnerships and continuously evolving the experience based on feedback and business needs.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $118,000 - $147,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
