What you'll do

• Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional applications, ensuring a high level of usability and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain backend services using technologies like Node.js, Express, or Python to support frontend functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights during the project lifecycle.
• Document development processes, code changes, and application features to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Solid understanding of backend technologies, including Node.js, Express, or Python, and experience with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit testing and integration testing.
