About the role
You will define and execute the APAC partner enablement strategy for Klaviyo, aligning programs with top company priorities and regional growth goals across diverse markets. This role requires you to evolve existing enablement frameworks to support partners in navigating the Autonomous CRM platform and its future direction. You will act as a player-coach, operating hands-on in the field while simultaneously setting strategy and mentoring a growing team. A core part of this position involves helping partners adapt their offerings and skills to align with Klaviyo's evolving roadmap, considering regional differences in channels, languages, and verticals. You will own the full partner lifecycle enablement, from initial selling and implementation through to expansion and long-term adoption. Based in Sydney, you will work closely with global and APAC leaders to deliver high-impact programs that prepare partners for success. You will contribute directly to content creation and influence roadmap priorities to ensure enablement remains relevant and effective.

What you'll do
Define and execute Klaviyo's APAC partner enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with company priorities and regional market realities.
Support the full partner lifecycle, including co-selling, implementation, expansion, and long-term customer growth across agency, consultancy, and SI partner models.
Build and maintain a regional partner enablement framework that allows for localization by country, language, and vertical while preserving global standards.
Support continued impact and optimization of partnerships in Australia and New Zealand, developing scalable playbooks for broader APAC adoption.
Partner closely with regional leadership to accelerate expansion into priority APAC markets such as Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and India.
Serve as a senior representative of Klaviyo in the field, delivering regionalized enablement through live one-on-one, one-few, and one-many trainings.
Help define and refine the ideal APAC partner profile and partner value propositions in collaboration with regional Partner Sales and Partner Marketing teams.
Develop and adapt localized enablement content, including training materials, workshops, and virtual sessions tailored to specific markets.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to provide partner feedback and influence product roadmap priorities.
Champion the adoption of Klaviyo's Autonomous CRM capabilities, guiding partners on best practices for emerging channels and technologies.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure partner enablement effectiveness and continuously iterate based on performance data.
Act as a field strategist, identifying gaps in partner capabilities and designing targeted interventions to address them.
Facilitate knowledge sharing among APAC partners to build a collaborative ecosystem that drives collective growth.
Represent Klaviyo at partner events, conferences, and industry gatherings across the Asia-Pacific region when required.
Requirements
You must have a proven track record in partner enablement, ecosystem development, or business development within the technology sector.
You possess deep expertise in marketing technology, CRM platforms, and SaaS business models, with a clear understanding of how technology drives business outcomes.
You have significant experience working across multiple markets, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt programs to local contexts.
You are fluent in English and capable of developing enablement content that resonates across diverse APAC cultures and languages.
You have a strong background in training and development, with the ability to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for varied audiences.
You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with ambiguous challenges.
You demonstrate strong strategic thinking, combining hands-on execution with the ability to influence without formal authority.
You have a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams, with experience coaching and developing professionals in partner-facing roles.
You are willing to travel across the Asia-Pacific region to support partners, attend key events, and conduct field engagements as needed.
Nice to have
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Klaviyo or similar marketing automation tools, is preferred.
Background in ecommerce, hospitality, or financial services verticals within the APAC region.
Prior experience working with startups, agencies, or systems integrators in a partner-led growth environment.
Practical notes
This role may require travel across the Asia-Pacific region, including occasional visits outside regular office hours for regional meetings and events.
