Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and the business impact of your work.
• A Bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline (such as interaction design, graphic design, visual communications, product design, or industrial design) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders and integrating their feedback into high-quality design outcomes.
• Strong ability to produce high-quality design iterations in fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
• Experience in designing for consumer marketplaces, complex workflows, or B2B advertising and marketing tools is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and articulation of design decisions.
• Strong leadership qualities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior designers in their professional development.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, capable of managing projects of varying complexities.
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design methodologies, research techniques, visual design principles, and interaction design best practices.
• A dedication to continuous learning and a proactive growth mindset, staying current with industry developments.

• The salary range for this role is between $147,500 and $185,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
