Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points in the patient journey and prioritize product features accordingly.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and enhance Zocdoc's offerings.
• Create detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development process and ensure alignment with user expectations.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including marketing strategies, training, and support for internal teams and external partners.
• Act as a product evangelist, communicating the value of Zocdoc's offerings to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to leverage insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Participate in regular product reviews and retrospectives to continuously refine processes and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or healthcare management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on patient experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and user feedback methodologies.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages or technical concepts is a plus.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
