About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for WRITER's enterprise AI agent platform, driving net-new revenue within large strategic accounts. In this position, you will partner with C-level stakeholders to reframe how enterprise work is orchestrated through AI-powered workflows. You will act as the primary champion for WRITER, articulating how the platform unites IT and business teams to deploy AI at scale. This role requires you to build and maintain long-term relationships while navigating complex enterprise decision-making processes. You will leverage data-driven forecasting to maintain pipeline accuracy and report progress to executive leadership. Success in this role will depend on your ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear client value. You will collaborate across internal teams to ensure deployments meet client expectations and reinforce trust. Ultimately, you will help define the future of enterprise work by scaling responsible AI adoption globally.

What you'll do
Drive net-new revenue by managing the full sales cycle for WRITER's enterprise AI agent platform from initial contact to executive closure.
Prospect and qualify strategic opportunities by researching target verticals and building an ideal client profile aligned with WRITER's market vision.
Partner cross-functionally with product and implementation teams to co-create tailored solutions that address specific client workflow challenges.
Guide executive-level discussions and negotiations to ensure every engagement advances client business goals and platform adoption.
Own your book of business with strong accountability, focusing on long-term value and sustainable growth metrics.
Collaborate closely with customer success teams to oversee smooth deployments, adoption tracking, and ongoing platform optimization.
Consistently input accurate pipeline data into forecasting systems to provide leadership with reliable sales progress updates.
Become a trusted product expert by educating stakeholders on how to configure WRITER to unlock operational value and efficiency gains.
Conduct hands-on sessions where appropriate to demonstrate platform capabilities and support stakeholder buy-in.
Support marketing and product teams by capturing client feedback to influence future WRITER platform enhancements.
Build executive-level relationships that reinforce WRITER's position as a leader in enterprise generative AI transformation.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by uncovering new use cases for AI agent deployment.
Maintain compliance with WRITER's sales methodologies, data security standards, and internal governance practices.
Act as an ambassador for WRITER's mission to expand human capacity through superintelligence in every client interaction.
Track and report on competitive dynamics to inform strategic adjustments in positioning and value messaging.
Requirements
You must possess 5-8+ years of quota-carrying strategic SaaS sales experience, demonstrating consistent performance in complex sales environments.
Your background should include a track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in enterprise technology or similar sectors.
You need to be skilled in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and managing executive stakeholder relationships across multiple functions.
You must be a strong communicator who listens actively and connects diverse perspectives from technical and business teams.
You should be comfortable working with ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You are required to exhibit strong executive level presentation skills when addressing C-suite and operational leaders.
You must align with WRITER's commitment to building trustworthy AI and understand the importance of enterprise-grade security and reliability.

Nice to have
Experience working with enterprise clients in sectors such as logistics, travel, or financial services.

This role can be based remotely anywhere in the US, with opportunities for hybrid work at our office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Austin, Chicago, or London.
You will report to a regional vice president.
