About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for WRITER within a defined set of enterprise accounts in the UK and European markets. You will act as the primary WRITER specialist, translating complex platform capabilities into clear business value for C-suite and operational leaders. Your daily work will involve partnering with champions to shape solution-led procurement and navigate multi-threaded buying committees. You will leverage data and insight to build repeatable, scalable sales motions for high-value use cases. You will educate stakeholders on how to configure WRITER to realize measurable productivity gains. You will generate and convert pipeline from both inbound interest and targeted outbound initiatives. Your curiosity and positivity will help establish WRITER as the trusted partner for enterprise AI transformation. This hybrid role is based from our London hub, and you will report directly to the RVP.
Key facts
What you'll do
Conduct discovery with enterprise stakeholders to clarify workflows, content challenges, and ROI expectations for WRITER adoption.
Build and present data-driven business cases that align WRITER capabilities with enterprise priorities around risk, security, and compliance.
Own the evaluation and proof-of-concept phase, guiding prospects through structured trials with clear success criteria.
Collaborate with legal, security, and procurement teams early to address requirements and accelerate contract execution.
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of WRITER product features, use cases, and competitive positioning.
Generate outbound pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts through targeted research and personalized outreach.
Champion the use of value-based selling frameworks to justify investment and secure executive sponsorship.
Manage sales pipelines in detail, forecasting accurately and identifying blockers before they delay decisions.
Document customer feedback and requirements to inform product messaging, onboarding, and activation strategies.
Lead post-sale onboarding and expansion efforts, ensuring users derive ongoing value from WRITER.
Coordinate cross-functional support to resolve procurement, security, and technical questions during the sales cycle.
Represent WRITER at industry events and customer meetings, reinforcing thought leadership in enterprise AI.
Maintain precise records of all customer interactions, decisions, and next steps within CRM systems.
Continuously refine sales playbooks based on performance data and lessons from won and lost deals.
Partner with marketing to create targeted content that supports pipeline generation and education.
Requirements
You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience focused on enterprise organizations with 6,000+ employees.
You have a track record of meeting or exceeding demanding sales quotas in complex, consultative environments.
You are experienced in helping prospects construct a robust business case and secure executive sponsorship for new technology.
You understand value-based selling principles and can articulate ROI without relying solely on product features.
You have worked closely with legal, security, and procurement teams to navigate enterprise buying processes.
You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences and cultures.
You apply a structured sales process that makes your methodology repeatable and predictable.
You are comfortable asking difficult questions, operating across departments, and performing under high pressure.
You have a history of building long-term, trust-based customer relationships in enterprise settings.
You are extremely organized, self-motivated, and meticulous in note-taking and pipeline management.
You possess a background in editorial processes, journalism, or content focus; if you edited your high school newspaper or studied English Literature, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Nice to have
Experience selling AI, generative AI, or enterprise software platforms to large organizations.
Familiarity with marketing technology, content operations, or customer experience transformation use cases.
Understanding of data privacy, security frameworks, and compliance considerations in enterprise deployments.
Experience supporting global rollouts or multi-region procurement exercises.
