Product Designer

About the role

You translate complex product ideas into clear, usable experiences that help teams build better customer journeys. You partner with engineers and stakeholders to turn requirements into design solutions that balance user needs with business goals. You own key artifacts, validate concepts through research, and communicate decisions with clarity across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead evidence-based risk assessments that surface user problems, context, and constraints before solution work begins.
• Translate findings into clear product requirements, flows, and prototypes that guide development and reduce misinterpretation.
• Own root cause analysis for design issues, using data and qualitative signals to identify underlying problems and recommend fixes.
• Close the loop between design decisions and outcomes by validating solutions, documenting learnings, and feeding insights back into the process.
• Improve systems by evolving design patterns and components that scale across products and support consistent user experiences.
• Coordinate with partners to align on goals, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, ensuring shared understanding and accountability.
• Communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and roadmaps to stakeholders through clear documentation and compelling storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to support large-scale applications, focusing on maintainability and usability.
• Apply knowledge of marketing technology, ad technology, or analytics platforms to ensure solutions fit real user and business contexts.
• Support the organization's remote-first culture by collaborating effectively across distributed teams using digital tools and practices.

• You have experience designing AI driven or data heavy platforms with a focus on usability and clarity.
• You come from a background in marketing technology, ad technology, or analytics platforms.
• You understand front end development and can translate designs into code aware implementations.
• You are familiar with building and maintaining design systems for large scale applications.

Engineering methods

You apply AWS, Go, and Figma skills to plan, prototype, and iterate on solutions in a structured, collaborative way.
