Manager, Performance Creative
Wpromote is seeking a Manager, Performance Creative to join the Performance Creative team. This role is suited for a professional who excels in fast-paced agency settings and is dedicated to developing high-caliber creative content. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to build performance-driven creative across numerous digital channels. The position reports directly to an Associate Director. Key responsibilities include owning the development and execution of performance-based creative initiatives in partnership with Digital Designers, Motion Designers, and internal paid media teams.
The Manager, Performance Creative will play a central role in shaping creative strategy. This is achieved through data-informed testing, iterative processes, and the development of scalable concepts aimed at driving measurable growth across the entire marketing funnel. The role requires a shift beyond simple asset creation. A deep understanding of channel dynamics, testing frameworks, and client key performance indicators is essential to ensure creative output supports overarching business goals.

The anticipated annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. This compensation is determined by evaluating factors unique to each candidate. These factors include skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state salary thresholds for exempt employees. The total compensation package includes the listed benefits.
It is important to note that this position may be performed remotely in most states within the United States, with certain exclusions. The company maintains office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. These locations provide opportunities for in-person learning, development, participation in company events, use of a dedicated workspace, and face-to-face collaboration.
