About the role
You will own the strategic direction and end to end execution of full funnel paid social advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across performance and brand objectives. You will partner closely with data and analytics teams to modernize measurement frameworks, proving incrementality and optimizing toward true business outcomes rather than platform vanity metrics. You are expected to build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and agency stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategy, best practices, and new feature testing. The ideal candidate will balance rigorous analysis with creative storytelling, designing test and learn frameworks that unlock new audience segments and conversion opportunities. You will mentor junior strategists, elevating the entire team's capability to execute sophisticated, insight driven campaigns that scale.
