Paid Search Manager

Wpromote is seeking a skilled Paid Search Manager to join a rapidly expanding team that serves as the backbone of our organization. In this role, you will own the performance of search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your daily responsibilities will include managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, implementing optimizations, and executing frequent updates. The position demands strategic thinking to handle a mix of large and small brands, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. With sufficient experience and a proven track record, you may find yourself working with some of our most prominent clients. As an individual contributor, you will exercise ownership over all account activity. Collaboration with managers from other marketing channels is essential. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive campaign strategies tailored to the specific needs of your client book.

The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $74,000 to $90,000. This range is determined by evaluating factors unique to each candidate. These factors include skill set, years and depth of experience, educational background, professional certifications, the scope of responsibility, current market dynamics, geographic location, and applicable state salary thresholds for exempt employees. Compensation at Wpromote is reviewed regularly and is based on specific market medians for comparable roles according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay rates may vary based on skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role includes the comprehensive benefits listed above.

While this role provides the flexibility to work remotely, we maintain office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. These locations provide opportunities to participate in learning and development activities, attend fun events, utilize a dedicated workspace, and collaborate with colleagues in person.
