Wpromote is seeking a Paid Social Manager to design and oversee complex, full-funnel paid social advertising initiatives for a varied client base. This position is deeply operational, requiring the creation of strategic frameworks, the execution of high-impact campaigns, optimization against key business objectives, and collaboration with cross-functional experts. You will partner with Creative leads to pioneer social-led concepts and with Data Science leads to deploy advanced measurement strategies. The projected annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $85,000. Final compensation is determined by evaluating a wide range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, educational background, professional certifications, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and applicable state salary regulations for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay scales are subject to adjustment and are based on specific market medians for comparable roles according to third-party salary surveys. Individual compensation within the established range may vary based on skills, experience, and budget availability. The total compensation package includes the benefits listed above.
*This position can be performed remotely in most states within the US, with certain exceptions.
While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, office hubs are available in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for in-person learning, development, events, and collaboration.

About the role
You are the owner and architect of full-funnel social campaigns, guiding initiatives from initial concept to measurable outcomes. In this capacity, you operate as a strategic operator, converting curiosity into concrete action. You refine testing methodologies in collaboration with creative and data teams.
What you'll do
- Formulating audience strategies and creating testable hypotheses for performance results.
- Constructing conversion-focused funnels that support overarching business goals.
- Coordinating with creative partners to develop and launch social-based experiments.
- Analyzing data patterns and modifying bids, audiences, and messaging appropriately.
- Collaborating with data scientists to implement modern measurement frameworks.
- Delivering optimized campaigns that balance reach, efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Directing creative concepts toward higher engagement and reduced friction.
- Conducting quality checks across workflows from initial setup through live execution.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience managing paid social within agency environments.
- Profound understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and measurement frameworks.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with clear, calm communication.
- Adaptability to sudden shifts in platforms, rules, or client objectives.
