What you'll do
You will spearhead the identification and cultivation of C-suite relationships within target enterprise accounts, positioning Wpromote as the indispensable growth partner. You will architect narrative-driven business cases that align client objectives with our omnichannel capabilities, ensuring strategic alignment from discovery to rollout. You will deploy advanced opportunity planning methodologies to map stakeholder ecosystems, define decision criteria, and mitigate risk throughout the procurement journey. You will synthesize disparate data streams into coherent insights, constructing evidence-based narratives that justify bold marketing investments. You will lead complex, multi-threaded engagements where creative, media, and analytics solutions intersect to drive compound value. You will coordinate with delivery leaders to validate operational feasibility, ensuring promises made to clients are executable and sustainable. Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline that provides a foundation for strategic analysis. You bring a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media, or growth-focused roles, with at least five years in a leadership capacity. You have a documented history of managing enterprise-level engagements, demonstrating comfort with budgets and stakeholders of significant scale. You are fluent in consultative selling techniques, capable of challenging clients while building trust and long-term advocacy. You exhibit exceptional judgment, balancing creativity with analytical rigor to make decisions that optimize both impact and efficiency. You communicate with precision and empathy, adapting your style to resonate with technical and executive audiences alike. You are comfortable navigating complex procurement processes and aligning multiple internal approvers toward a unified decision. You maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and iterating on your approach based on outcomes and market signals. The anticipated annual salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $165,000, determined by factors such as expertise, location, and market conditions. Total compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package as outlined in the role description. The position may be performed remotely with flexibility for office-based collaboration at hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York when desired or required.
