About the role
The owns the strategic design and execution of audience and data solutions for supported accounts. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client advisory within the Open Media Studios framework. You will be responsible for ensuring that all audience strategies meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and operational rigor. The position translates complex data and privacy landscapes into coherent, scalable marketing plans for clients. You will act as a bridge between measurement partners, data teams, and client stakeholders to maximize the value of data-driven targeting. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and partnership opportunities that expand the team's capabilities. You will leverage trend and capability insights, including AI and automation, to future-proof audience strategies. Finally, you will contribute directly to the innovation pipeline and the broader capabilities roadmap of the Media Solutions team.

What you'll do
Design and maintain scalable audience planning frameworks that incorporate real campaign learnings to continuously guide strategy and execution.
Identify specific improvement opportunities within existing audience solutions to drive iterative enhancements and long-term value.
Collaborate closely with measurement teams to clearly articulate the business value derived from data-driven targeting initiatives.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evolve data attribution models and deepen audience insights over time.
Ensure prompt issue resolution to uphold high servicing standards and maintain strong relationships with data partners.
Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that can strengthen or expand audience capabilities in line with current and future needs.
Scan for emerging trends and new capabilities, including AI and automation, to enhance planning processes and audience solutions.
Contribute innovation ideas that feed directly into the broader capabilities roadmap for the Media Solutions organization.
Manage project workflows for multiple concurrent workstreams, guiding each from initial brief through to final delivery and review.
Develop structured audience strategies that integrate seamlessly with measurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Champion the use of Open Media Studios and OMS planning platforms to ensure best-in-class execution and governance.
Translate complex privacy regulations and identity solution constraints into practical audience strategy recommendations.
Present insights and recommendations with confidence to senior client stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
Utilize strong analytical and numerical competence to derive insights, challenge assumptions, and communicate findings effectively.
Exercise exceptional organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently.
Apply experience in designing or improving business processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and repeatability of audience workflows.
Work autonomously while maintaining proactive communication with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and risk management.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Five to seven years of relevant experience in marketing science, audience strategy, or a related field is required.
Hands-on experience with data integrations, audience builds, and planning principles is required.
Practical experience with OMS or equivalent planning platforms is required.
Working knowledge of digital media channels, including CTV, DOOH, Digital Audio, Display, and Video, is required.
Understanding of privacy regulations and identity solutions as they relate to audience strategy is required.
Confidence presenting to senior client stakeholders is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong analytical capability and a structured, solution-oriented approach to problems are required.
Numerical competence and comfort working with data to derive and communicate insights are required.
Organisation and attention to detail are required to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Experience designing or improving business processes to increase efficiency and scalability is required.
Ability to work autonomously while keeping senior stakeholders informed is required.
