About the role
The Senior Programmatic Specialist operates at the intersection of media execution and strategic optimization within the Global Operations Centre. This position owns the end to end management of campaign platforms, ensuring that media activations meet precise client objectives across a range of DSP environments. You will be responsible for implementing programmatic campaigns and continuously refining them through rigorous data led insights. In a multicultural setting, you will coordinate closely with regional teams based in Europe and the United States to maintain strategic alignment and drive successful outcomes. Success in this role depends on your ability to monitor campaign performance with thoroughness and to use data insights to guide ongoing optimization. You will also safeguard the accuracy and reliability of campaign reporting tools so that decision making remains solid and actionable. Finally, you will support the wider team by conducting QA activities that help junior members scale their workflows as processes grow more complex.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns is required, demonstrating real world application of media strategies.
Proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent is required, showing that you can work confidently within major programmatic ecosystems.
Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies is required, as the media landscape continues to evolve quickly.

Good command of English is required, with Polish language knowledge at minimum B1 B2 level to ensure smooth collaboration with local partners.
Residency in one of the following cities is required: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan, to align with the hybrid work model and operational needs.
