About the role
The Senior Executive Social, GOC is responsible for managing and optimizing social media workflows across global regions from within the Global Operations Centre. What you'll do
Execute end to end oversight of social campaigns to ensure they meet WPP Media global standards and specific client objectives.
Monitor campaign metrics on a daily basis to validate data integrity and feed accurate insights into regional performance reports.
Analyze performance data from social platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Prepare and distribute campaign reporting that tracks accuracy and performance metrics for review by regional teams.
Champion adherence to platform policies and internal guidelines to protect client campaigns and brand reputation.
Coordinate with media and strategy teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to align social tactics with integrated media plans.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate, organize, and report on complex campaign data sets with precision.
Implement structured workflows that support reliable cross regional collaboration and consistent execution.
Apply leadership principles to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for social media performance and quality.
Translate business objectives into clear context and decisions that remove obstacles for teams working in different time zones.
Maintain visibility and predictable communication to ensure stakeholders understand campaign status and rationale behind operational choices.
Support continuous improvement by documenting processes, sharing best practices, and challenging inefficient steps in the social workflow.
Contribute to talent decisions within the social function, including hiring, coaching, and retention of high performing team members.
Act as a strategic partner to clients by explaining campaign performance, media choices, and operational constraints in clear, standards based language.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for consideration in this role.
Advanced English language proficiency at level B2 to C2 is necessary for effective collaboration and clear communication.
At least 1.5 to 2 years of hands on experience implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads is required.
Demonstrated ability to use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking is essential.
Strong written communication skills are required to convey decisions, context, and feedback across remote and international teams.
Consistent adherence to platform policies, WPP Media standards, and client guidelines is mandatory to protect campaigns and data integrity.
The candidate must be able to work under a remote or hybrid arrangement as defined by the specific country regulations and team needs.
