What you'll do
Collaborate with global media houses to design and implement search strategies for markets such as the UK, USA, and EMEA.
Analyze performance data, interpret findings, and propose actionable recommendations that optimize campaign effectiveness.
Run end-to-end SEM campaigns using SA360 and Microsoft Advertising, covering planning, execution, and refinement.
Define and monitor KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition to ensure structured execution meets business goals.
Leverage guidance from more experienced professionals to accelerate impact and rapidly build expertise in complex media environments.
Utilize Google Analytics for performance evaluation, reporting, and insight generation to support continuous campaign improvement.
Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to manage reporting, track results, and support data-driven decisions.
Ensure all work is conducted from Poland, requiring availability and active participation in local collaboration sessions.
Apply advanced workflow integration skills with tools such as SA360, Bing Ads, or Data Studio where they provide clear operational benefits.
Support the team by making work easy to review and build on through clear documentation and structured communication.
Contribute to regular team meetings, review progress, and adjust plans based on performance signals and emerging opportunities.
Demonstrate steady follow through by taking notes, keeping commitments, and communicating in writing to maintain clarity and accountability.
Help create an environment where analytical rigor and cross functional collaboration drive the success of search activities.

Requirements
Fluency in English is necessary for clear communication across regions.
Four or more years of experience in planning Google Ads and Search campaigns is mandatory.
Strong analytics能力 is demonstrated through comfort with numbers and raw data analysis.
Actionable recommendations are developed from data insights as required.
Google Analytics is used for performance evaluation and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets supports reporting and campaign management.
Work is conducted directly from Poland, requiring availability and local collaboration.
SA360, Bing Ads, or Data Studio experience is a bonus for advanced workflow integration.
A degree is required as part of the formal qualifications for this position.
