The organization is expanding its Florida team and seeks candidates to deliver high-caliber stormwater engineering services to public sector and private sector clients. These services cover a wide geographic area and extend to national projects. The role is suited for a driven professional who is focused on growth. The professional will guide multidisciplinary teams, leading projects from the initial phase of planning and conceptual design through to final design, securing permits, construction support, and project completion. The position involves mentoring team members and supporting various clients. Assistance will come from skilled engineers, integrated operations specialists, and a dedicated Fiscal Solutions team. The role requires active participation in internal delivery system enhancement programs and leadership in specific Practice initiatives.
The selected candidate will have primary accountability for the engineering aspects of municipal stormwater projects. Experience in drinking water systems, wastewater management, and industrial wastewater applications is considered valuable. The position requires directing collaborative efforts with junior staff members. The ideal candidate holds a Technical Manager role. They must possess extensive experience in the examination, planning, and design of stormwater infrastructure. This includes knowledge of comprehensive issues such as overarching planning strategies, water quality treatment methodologies, and flood mitigation or resiliency measures. The role involves leading the technical execution of multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must have knowledge of local regulatory bodies and must also contribute to marketing activities and proposal development as needed.
Tampa, FL, with a hybrid arrangement available (one to two days per week in the office or at client sites).
Up to 20% of time will be spent with clients in Florida. There may be occasional travel within the United States to support national strategic initiatives of the Practice.

Have essential experience in the study, planning, and design of stormwater systems.
Prove the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding high standards of quality and adherence to schedules.
Be prepared to travel up to twenty percent throughout Florida and occasionally across the United States.
