About the role
You will oversee the complex operational and strategic direction of our industrial wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring consistent performance and regulatory adherence. In this leadership capacity, you will manage and develop a skilled team, providing trained staff 24/7 to maintain uninterrupted service levels around the clock. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the remote communications network and the assigned SCADA network, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. You will implement and manage an innovative predictive maintenance management program to proactively address equipment health and prevent unplanned downtime. You will administer and execute all routine and capital repair and replacement projects within budget and schedule. You will lead emergency response efforts for process upsets, equipment failures, force majeure events, and all alarm events to mitigate impact and ensure safety. You will provide requested and required operations and compliance reporting to regulatory agencies and municipality partners.
