How You'll Make a Difference
The National Business Development Leader (NBDL) will navigate the evolving and resilient water industry. This role leads the public sector business development team. You will identify growth opportunities aligned with the company's vision and strategic plan. Leadership in decision-making sustains organizational change and transformation. You will use existing partnerships and build new strategic relationships. This ensures achievement of sales, market position, and client satisfaction targets. The position requires expertise in sales within water and environmental public sector markets. You will support a market-led approach by leveraging the full talent capacity of Woodard & Curran. Location details specify a hybrid role. The position is located near a primary Woodard & Curran office. Metro areas include Portland, Maine; Boston, Massachusetts; Providence, Rhode Island; New York, New York; Middletown, Connecticut; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Atlanta, Georgia; Tampa, Florida; St. Louis, Missouri; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Sacramento, California; San Francisco, California; and Los Angeles, California. Travel is required, approximately 15 to 40 percent of the time.

Requirements and Qualifications

Compensation and Practical Information
