About the role
WildBrain is seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in enhancing our digital marketing strategies for both our proprietary Kids & Family franchises and third-party clients. This position will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and implement effective digital paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Media Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in executing strategies that engage and grow our audience across multiple platforms.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Implement paid media campaigns across diverse digital platforms to enhance growth, brand awareness, and conversions for both owned and client projects.
- Collaborate with the Senior Media Operations Manager and Media Operations Analyst to design and analyze tailored media strategies that amplify our messaging across social media, YouTube, search engines, and emerging platforms, targeting adult fans, parents, and children.
- Work closely with internal departments, including sales, content, and product teams, to ensure the seamless setup, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns within WildBrain's YouTube Reserve network.
- Ensure all creative materials meet industry standards, platform guidelines, and legal requirements to maintain compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing campaign effectiveness and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in managing media budgets to maximize returns while tracking expenditures and payments effectively.
- Generate regular performance reports detailing campaign outcomes, revenue tracking, and advertising operations metrics, delivering valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure all materials and activities adhere to quality standards and comply with relevant guidelines and procedures, while managing escalation and issue resolution processes efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience or knowledge in creating and executing digital campaigns across various platforms and tools, including Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display), META Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest, and FAST Channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing tight deadlines and client relationships proactively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and utilize analytics tools for campaign performance analysis.
- A self-motivated individual with a solution-oriented approach and a quick learning ability.
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in the kids and family media landscape.
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with advertising to children is considered an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for family-oriented content.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital advertising and media consumption among children and families.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management tools.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, META Ads Manager, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analytics tools to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
