About the role
WildBrain is seeking a Media Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Media Solutions team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and implementing digital marketing strategies for both our proprietary Kids & Family franchises and third-party clients. Reporting to the Media Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing digital paid media campaigns that drive engagement and awareness, while also contributing to the overall growth of our brand and client initiatives.

What you'll do
- Implement and manage paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to enhance growth, brand awareness, and conversion rates for both owned and client campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Media Operations Manager to design, execute, and analyze tailored media strategies that amplify our messaging across social media, YouTube, search engines, and emerging platforms targeting adults, parents, and children.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, content, and product, to ensure the effective setup, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns within WildBrain's YouTube Reserve network.
- Ensure that all creative materials adhere to industry standards, platform guidelines, and legal requirements to maintain compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage media budgets effectively to maximize returns while tracking expenditures and payments accurately.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, sharing insights with internal teams and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, revenue tracking, and ad operations metrics, delivering valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ad sales and partnerships teams to develop media plans and define targeting strategies that address client briefs effectively.
- Ensure that all materials and activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant guidelines and procedures, while also managing escalation and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure that campaigns are executed in alignment with the agreed strategies and maintain the brand's tone of voice, translating strategies into effective creative briefs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating and executing digital campaigns across a variety of platforms and tools, including Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display), META Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest, and FAST Channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present strategies and ideas to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing key stakeholder relationships; an organized and proactive individual.
- Creative thinker with robust analytical and strategic skills, capable of leveraging data to inform decision-making and uncover insights.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, particularly in online video and social media platforms.
- A passion for connected TV (CTV), innovative digital brands, and children's content, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
- An educational background in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in advertising to children is considered an advantage.

- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and data analytics tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale media budgets and campaigns.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and audience engagement techniques.
